Condo Repair: I own a condo on the beach in an older complex. A renter managed to break a window at the front of the property. After working with my property manager for several months to find a solution, I called Daryl. Daryl came out to the property 3 stories up with the necessary tools to assess the situation. He quickly put a temporary solution in place while he tracked down a source to make me a new window that was hurricane rated. Once the new window arrived and work began, Daryl’s team found that the structural conditions around the window were severely deteriorated and needed to be replaced before he could complete the window install. They left the site, ran around getting what they needed, including paint, to match the rest of the exterior of the building and returned to do more work. The completed project looked great and the quality of work was so good, the HOA asked Daryl to do some other work at the property. Daryl is a licensed contactor that truly takes pride in the work he and the team produce. They treat the customers’ money as if it was their own and stayed on budget even under adversity! In the future, I will always call DSBR first for my building or remodeling needs
